"Not only is John a superb musician playing piano numbers like nothing I have ever heard in my 27 years of being an Activity Director, but the energy and connections he makes with the residents during the program was a first for me. He literally greeted every single resident and staff member that came to the performance, and had conversations with them all. He is so personable and performs from the heart and has love for what he is doing. It’s genuine love too. He tells engaging stories and adds humor to his program that keeps the attention of all that are in attendance. We’ve never heard our piano sound so good… He entertained at our Resident Christmas Party, we had 95 people packed into our Main Dining room, which was the largest crowd I have seen in that room in my 12 years here.
